How to Catch a Leprechaun FREEBIE's almost time for those sneaky leprechauns to start ransacking classrooms & leaving fun treats for boys and girls everywhere. I LOVE St. Patty's Day.. for some reason, it just makes me smile.

Imagine my SUPER DUPER happy surprise when I won Khrys @ Keepin' It Kool in Kinderland's Giveaway for The Naughty Leprechaun book...
My package arrived today, and I think I scared the poor postal worker with my excitement.  You would have thought she was bringing me cold hard cash!

It's fabulous...and so much fun!!  I can't wait to read it with my kiddies. It's about two leprechaun naughty & one nice. The kids flip a coin to see who is coming to visit their classroom. I think my kids will go nutso about this. :)  Thanks, Khrys!

Anyway, it inspired me to create a FREEBIE.  Every year, we write about how to create a leprechaun trap, so I sat down and made up a graphic organizer and writing paper for this activity.

Click the picture to grab it for free. :) It includes a materials list, graphic organizer with transition words, 2 pages of writing paper & a sheet for illustrations.  I hope you and your kids can use it!

Also, my "Synonym 'Stache Bash" pack is for sale at TpT, too... Just $2.00 !

Happy Friday, Folks... I hope you have the BEST weekend !
Oh, and if you want to grab a copy of The Naughty Leprechaun book, you can order it <HERE>. Same Day shipping guaranteed. Get it tn time for St. Patty's Day in your room...or at your house!  :)

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Hi Kelly, I have been trying to find your "How to Catch a Leprechaun" writing forms. When I click on the picture in your blog it takes me to your TPT store. I have looked thru every entry in your TPT store and I can't find it. I ordered the book you suggested with the coin - spent $40. I just need the writing form. Could you please email it to me? Thanks so much!! It looks so cute!! Judi Davis

I L.O.V.E reading your comments, so thanks so much for taking the time to leave me a little note :)
